Non-Consumable Items (Merchandise, etc.)
- Merchandise and other non-consumable items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original, resealable condition to qualify for a full refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Fresh Consumables (Microgreens)
- Due to the perishable nature of fresh greens, they cannot be returned once delivered.
- If you believe your fresh greens are of substandard quality, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. A refund or replacement will be issued if the quality is found to be unsatisfactory.
Non-Perishable Consumables
- Non-perishable consumables can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unopened and in their original, resealable condition to qualify for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Contact our customer service team at hello@greenbeemicrogreens.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- For returns, we will provide instructions on how to send the items back.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are inspected and approved.
